Changes to Login
As a University member you’ll be accessing Office 365 as a Student or email (Stone) as a Staff or an Associate. Please see the examples below, detailing what information you’ll need to input to access these services.
I can’t login – What do I do?
If you enter your login credentials incorrectly 3 times, your account will be locked.
You can unlock your account using the self service system at
https://url.tees.ac.uk/15. You must have registered your security details in advance to use this service, otherwise please contact the IT Service Desk.
I’m a student – What do I do?
Type in your Student email address (username@live.tees.ac.uk), type in your University Password and click the Sign In button.
I’m Staff – What do I do?
Type in your Staff email address (yourname@tees.ac.uk), type in your University Password and click the Sign In button.

I’m an Associate – What do I do?
Type in your Associate email address (UserID@tees.ac.uk), type in your University Password and click the Sign In button.
