Monday to Friday : 5pm to 8am

Weekends, Bank Holidays and other the Xmas period: 24 Hours

 The out of hours IT helpline will help with the following problems:

  • Login problems

  • Email problems

  • Blackboard problems

  • E-vision problems

  • Email & homespace quotas

  • Network access – static & wireless

  • Hardware & software fault reporting

  • Printing problems

  • Web application access (Athens etc)

  • Problems downloading / installing student anti-virus
